As founder and president of this leading Canadian Employment Agency, Bob oversees his company’s ever-growing client base searching for top talent in a range of industries with the wisdom he’s gained from 35 years in the business. 

With an eye to growth and business development in professional recruitment, Bob is also partner of the Culinary Search Group (CSG).

Bob is an avid golfer who has spent as many years perfecting his long game as he has building and growing successful staffing companies.

Karen Tower
Vice President

With over 35 years experience in the staffing industry, from recruiting to management and finance, Karen has helped shape the company into the successful business it is today.

As the go-to source of knowledge for all aspects of employment standards and ever-changing legislation, Karen keeps the team ahead of business trends and ensures compliance. 

Karen is an astute problem-solver who’s continually developing business strategies to grow the company into a Canada-wide supplier of exceptional permanent and contract candidates.

Kevin Bryce
Vice President

With 12 years experience in permanent and contract staffing, Kevin’s role as VP is key to helping his teams manage the recruiting strategies for each client.  

With a focus on the transportation, supply-chain, and warehousing industries, Kevin develops an understanding of every organization’s cultural, technical, and professional requirements to help them identify and attract the best candidates. 

Solution-oriented and driven, Kevin enjoys working collaboratively with his team to provide direction and oversight to ensure the company meets the needs of its clients and candidates.

Paul Weatherhead
Vice President

Paul brings over 10 years of experience at executive level management to his role as Vice President overseeing operations, technology development, marketing and a key contributor to business strategies. 

Using thoughtful processes and taking advantage of technology, Paul is able to solve problems and bring new ideas to light.

His entrepreneurial spirit helps him identify industry-specific needs and new opportunities for growth. Like founding AV Junction, a staffing platform for the audio-visual industry. 

Paul balances his busy work life by staying active, playing sports including soccer and basketball. He shares his love of nature with his family, and together, they enjoy boating, camping, and all the great outdoors has to offer.

Drew Smith
Director of Sales & Operations

An experienced Sales Director with more than 25 years in the recruiting and staffing industry, Drew is a consummate professional.  

He takes a positive approach to his work and performs every task in a collaborative manner. Integrity and honesty are the foundations on which he leads and trains his teams.

He has extensive experience in sales, operations management, recruiting, and CRM.  

Drew cares about people. Causes close to his heart include disaster and humanitarian relief, and poverty alleviation. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, sports, reading, and music.

Krystyn Tower
Sales & Operations Manager

Krystyn worked her way to Sales & Operations Manager from the ground up, starting at TPI over 10 years ago she moved into recruiting as a Staffing Coordinator, and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager.  

With extensive staffing knowledge and management expertise, she opened and ran multiple offices. Over the years, she’s developed trusted client relationships that continue to this day. 

Through active listening and rapport-building, Krystyn assesses client needs and creates tailored, cost-conscious staffing programs.

Krystyn is an avid hockey fan who loves spending time with her family, enjoys relaxing on a beach or golfing in the summer, and gets her skates on to hit the ice in the winter.
